Rules and Regulations
1. Children Parents are responsible for their children's behavior at all times.
Young children must always be fully supervised by an adult while at the Amenities, Laundry and play areas.
2. Electrical Appliances Patrons shall pay an extra fee for electricity on additional appliances, e.g.. air conditioners, etc. Air conditioners and all other appliances shall be considered to be in use at all times.
3. Noise One of the attractions of Mt. Carbine Village and Caravan Park is the peace and quiet.T.Vs, radios, stereos, parties, revving of cars, in fact any undue noise, etc. must be kept at a level so as not to annoy neighbours at all times.
4. Alcohol Excessive use of alcohol is an unacceptable condition of your stay.
5. Pets Bonds may apply on approved pets.
6. Sites The Patron's right to occupy an allotted site/unit is for the period as shown on their receipt.
7. Cleanliness Patrons must keep their site/unit clean and tidy.
8. Equipment No surplus equipment/belongings are to be left outside or under caravans, units, etc.
9. Clothes Lines Temporary clothes lines are not permitted.
10. Access Management reserves the right to access the site/unit at all times.
11. Vehicles The speed Limit is Slow Slow. There are small children in the Village and Caravan Park.
12. Repairs No repairs/maintenance of vehicles is to be executed without prior approval of Management.
13. Drivers Unlicensed drivers are not permitted.
14. Bikes Bikes ridden at night must have adequate lighting.
15. Visitors Patrons are responsible for their own actions and actions of their visitors.
16. Registering All visitors must be registered at the Office prior to staying over-night or longer.
17. Crimes Unlawful Acts Any unlawful act will not be tolerated by Management. Please understand that it is our responsibility to notify the Police and may also result in termination of your stay. These include :- violence, vandalism, use of illegal drugs, theft, abuse (physical/verbal), etc.
